Who you'll work with

Justin Piñero · Founder · Principal Engineer

Bronx-born engineer who's spent the last five years building software at every scale, from small dev shops and startups like Future Foundry and ReSim to Meta. His approach is simple: understand the problem, build in small steps, and keep iterating until you're happy with what's built. Before coding, he solved problems for seven years as an FDNY paramedic, and as he used to say to his patients, “You see me sweating? No? Then you shouldn’t be sweating. Everything is gonna be OK.”
